Social Activities
The Social Activities Office is open during the summer season Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. During the winter season, hours of operation are Tuesday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm with the exception of special events.
Reservations and Cancellations Policy Reservations are taken as soon as an event is advertised with the exception of the Garden and Home Tour (reservations cannot be accepted more than thirteen days prior to this event). All trips have a minimum and maximum number of participants so early registration is advised.
If a reservation must be cancelled, 48 hours notice must be given (excluding Saturday and Sunday) in order to issue a refund, unless otherwise specified. Please note that some trips require advanced payment upon reservation. These trips will be specified and notice of the cancellation policy will be given when reservations are made.
Mimosa Morning
Our annual summer kick-off, Mimosa Morning, will be held on Friday, June 5, from 10:00am to 12:00pm at the Clubhouse. Get the scoop on all the great activities and events the Club has scheduled for the summer, meet new instructors and catch up with old friends all while enjoying Chef Blake’s fruit and pastry assortment and, of course, mimosas.
Day Camp
BMC’s day camp program, Club Camp, is operated by our partner, KE Camps, a company that specializes in operating summer camps for private country clubs. Daily and weekly sessions are available during the camp season which runs June 22, 2020 to July 24, 2020. Camp sessions are held Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm with before care available beginning at 8:30am. Camp is open to members and their guests for children ages 5-12.
Tuition rates for the 2020 season are:
Daily
$50 for members, $60 for guests Weekly
$195 for members, $245 for guests
A one-time non-refundable $20 registration fee includes one camp t-shirt.
