Member & Guest Services
To assist with member and guest needs, Member & Guest Services, located in the Administration Office, is open during the summer season Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 3:00pm (Memorial Weekend through Labor Day). During the winter months, hours shift to Tuesday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
Member and Guest Services Coordinators, Lauren Woodard and Chrissy Bonestell, can assistant with obtaining member and guest ID cards, updating your membership information, logging into your online Club account and much more.
Changes to the Family Guest policy take effect beginning May 1, 2020. These changes include the exclusion of siblings from the Family Guest definition, returning to the traditional definition of parents, children and grandchildren, along with their respective spouses. Additionally, there is a $10 annual fee per person for Family Guest Cards.
Unaccompanied Guest Cards remain $20/day or $70/week per person with a 50% discount for children ages 5-12.
Discount tickets can be purchased through Member & Guest Services during normal operating hours. Venues and rates for 2020 are provided below. The Airport Shuttle Service operates from April 1 to October 31 of each year. To book a shuttle, contact shuttle driver, Tammy Buchanan, at (828) 260-3791 or email tammybm.airshuttle@gmail.com.
