The space
This cozy chalet has 3 bedrooms on main level with 3 bathrooms. Mudroom as you walk in. Pretty dining area plus 3 stools at small breakfast bar, outdoor seating can be added by opening the front patio door to patio seating area. Open plan living room to kitchen so you can chat while cooking. Central AC and heat.
The Upstairs loft has 2 additional bunkbed sets but caution needed as access is by steep spiral staircase.
Private decks allow you to walk out for private coffee in the morning. Unfortunately at this time the wood burning fireplace is not able to be used until further notice. This is a beautiful home to come and build memories with elevation of 4448 ft. Easy to access off of paved roads come and bring your friends and family to enjoy the winter sports and summer country club amenities (optional golf, tennis, pickleball, heated pool, 24hr fitness center—additional fees apply.
