The Best Job in Golf: Pros on the Mountain

In the summer issue of Carolina Mountain Life, Tom McAuliffe, shares trends in head golf pro changes throughout the golfing industry around the High Country. The article highlights our own recent golf pro change from John Carrin, who had been with Beech Mountain Club for over two decades, to our new head pro, Loren White, PGA, who is doing an amazing job this year.

The article includes the fact that Loren’s wife, Heather, also a PGA pro, works locally at Grandfather Mountain. Both are excited to enjoy life and work in the beautiful NC mountains and support the members they serve who share their common love of mountain life and the activities that surround it all year from golfing to hiking to skiing and more.
